Bold Bite, Bethesda, MD: Late Night Hot Dog

Bold Bite is a new restaurant specializing in hot dogs and sausages in downtown Bethesda, Maryland. On the first Saturday night of their Grand Opening Week, I stopped by to try my first Bold Bite hot dog. If you are making the rounds of the various Bethesda nightspots on Friday and Saturday night, and find yourself getting hungry late, Bold Bite has just what you need: special late hours until 2am Friday and Saturday! The best test of a hot dog establishment is to try the basic one first, with old-fashioned ketchup and mustard. That meant ordering a 100% organic Applegate beef hot dog in this case.
